Our Proven Process

Step 1

Connect with Us

Reach out using our online contact form or give us a call. Feel free to upload photos of your existing space directly through the form, or you can always update your information later via the instructions we'll send after your initial contact.

Step 2

Phone Consultation

Book a consultation call to discuss your project’s vision, scale, scope, and budget. This is the first step in bringing your dream deck to life.

Step 3

On-site consolation

Following a successful phone consultation, we'll visit your home to further discuss your project, take measurements, we display samples, catalog collections, railing, decking samples etc. and gather necessary details for a Preliminary Proposal & design.

Step 5

Preliminary Deposit & Final contract

After reviewing the Preliminary Proposal, if you decide to proceed, we'll require a 20% deposit. We'll then meet at project location, finalize the details, confirm materials , and sign contract.


Once every detail is set, you'll sign a detailed Final Agreement. We'll then collect a 5% downpayment, subtracting any preliminary deposits already made.

Step 6

Plans & Permitting

With the agreement in hand, we start creating structural drawings and necessary documents for a building permit. We handle all the complexities of securing permit approval for you.

Step 7

Pre-Construction Meeting

Typically, we conduct a virtual pre-construction meeting to review every aspect of your project before commencement. If necessary, this meeting can also be on-site.

Step 8

Building

Construction begins! Necessary materials and site preparations like dumpsters are arranged beforehand to ensure a smooth start.

Step 9

Final Inspection and Cleanup

We oversee the final inspection to close out your permit and clean up the site, making it safe and ready for you to enjoy.

Step 10

Warranty Processing

We handle all warranty registrations with manufacturers and send you a warranty packet, including our 5-year warranty, ensuring your peace of mind. We supply a care & maintenance guide.
